Vice President, Operations
Jim Young’s commitment to Finetre and its clients is well-evident in his progressive record of support and increased responsibility.
Joining Finetre in 2002 as a project manager in Finetre Client Integration Services (CIS), Jim served a range of Finetre distributor and carrier clients through requirements definition and support for their AnnuityNet implementations. At the end of 2004, Jim brought his strengths to a more strategic level when he transferred to Finetre Product Development and served as director of distributor product development. In 2006 Jim assumed management oversight of CIS when he returned to that department as vice president to direct all Finetre project manager operations. Jim was instrumental in supporting 2007 efforts to improve strategic Finetre business processes. Management recognized Jim as a catalyst of the new contributions necessary for advanced intra-department communications and performance – and made him vice president of Operations.
Before joining Finetre, Jim served as implementation manager for financial product rollouts for UBS Private Bank in Europe and for the UBS Managed Account Group in America.
