Ellanor C. Lawrence Park -- If you're looking for a run or hike in a deep-woods setting, try the trails in nearby Ellanor C. Lawrence Park (maintained by the Fairfax County Park Authority). A pristine deep-woods setting offers the Walney Visitor Center, Cabell's Mill/Middlegate complex, Walney Pond, various historic ruins, picnic tables, sports fields, and running/hiking trails.
